HR department in any orgranization should be consider as holding a “Business Partner” role rather than a cost center. This department should be leading and setting the pathway for the business success. To have a competent HR team, they must have a thirst for constant learning, in developing self and others, having good EQ / EI and is able to efectively work and collaborate with everyone. A great start to prepare for the new year and challenges ahead.
