If you’ve never camped before in the wilderness, you have perhaps just missed a great opportunity to camp surrounded by a waterfall and a lake!
Over the weekend, Active Bugs Resources took a group of 10 persons camping at Hulu Langat and campers were treated to a feast of fish that were speared during the night. Despite it being only a 1-night camp, we were thrilled by the numerous cascading waterfalls and the beauty and tranquility of our surroundings.
Considering Active Bugs Resources conquered Mt. Kinabalu in 2009 too, we decided to have a gathering for both the groups from 2009 and 2010 at Twin Towers Fitness Center (TTFC). The turnout of approximately 30 people was great! The gathering brought back lots of great memories of the few days spent in Kota Kinabalu where many friendships were forged, especially when we got to watch the videos prepared by us, comprising a collection of photos taken from ALL the participants.

We conquered Mt. Kinabalu again this year with a whopping 38-person group! Most of us made it all the way to the summit, with only a handful who did not manage to! But no sweat, we can do it all over again next year!
In fact, some of Kinabalu Adventure 2009′s participants are looking to climb Southeast Asia’s tallest peak again in 2011! Keep watching this space if you wish to join us!
